1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 (local warehouse time) will be processed the next business day.

During peak periods (e.g., sales events, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if your order is subject to significant delays.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.


5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@watchpoedagar.com within 24 hours of placing it.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact contact@watchpoedagar.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
